The Kaitsevagi ( army ) is the main component of the Parnu Defence Force [PDF]

The Kaitsevägi are the biggest of aspect of Pärnu's security during peace and wartime. Many soldiers, reserve and professional are sent out to train with neighboring allies and to train throughout Pärnu. PDF parades, marches and other events are also key to the community of soldiers in Pärnu and are rolled out regularly to help soldiers and civilians alike.
