Jaan Kask 

Minister for The arts, Culture and Sports.


Background: Jaan Kask was born on March 22, 2045, in Pärnu city. Surrounded by the vibrant cultural and sporting scenes of his hometown, Jaan developed an early passion for the arts and athletics. He pursued his education at the University of Tartu, where he excelled and earned a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies and Sports Management with honors.


Following his graduation, Jaan embarked on a dynamic career that spanned both cultural institutions and sports organizations in Pärnu. He quickly became known for his innovative approaches to integrating sports with cultural events, enhancing community engagement and participation. His efforts led to the revitalization of several local festivals and sports programs, earning him a reputation as a visionary leader in both fields.


Jaan's unique blend of cultural insight and sports acumen caught the attention of national policymakers, leading to his appointment as the Minister of Culture, Arts, and Sports for the Republic of Pärnu. In this role, Jaan is instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive policies that promote the arts, preserve cultural heritage, and encourage sports at all levels. His initiatives focus on making cultural and sports activities accessible to all citizens, fostering a sense of unity and pride within the community.

Jaan is responsible for entering Pärnu into the Orbis Olympics many years ago and is continually involved with the O.R.C Organizational legality and safety in co-operation with foreign Minister Bjorn.
