The Reinstation of Finlandization Act of Pärnu seeks to reinstate and reaffirm the principles of Finlandization as a guiding framework for Pärnu’s political and foreign policy. Previously the foreign policy of pärnu around 2080o.t was refered as "swiss attitude" however Finlandization, a doctrine that emerged during the Cold War, that enabled Finland to maintain its sovereignty while navigating the complexities of power dynamics between larger geopolitical actors, is more fitting for pärnu and as such is the purpose of this act.

In a similar vein, the Republic of Pärnu aims to uphold its independence while promoting a balanced approach in its relations with neighboring nations and global powers. This Act represents a commitment to neutrality, non-alignment, and peaceful coexistence, while ensuring the preservation of national autonomy.

In light of increasing geopolitical tensions and the complexities of global alliances, this legislative measure seeks to insulate Pärnu from undue external influence, safeguarding its sovereignty while fostering regional cooperation and stability. The Act is founded on the belief that a nation's strength lies not only in its alliances but also in its capacity for self-determination and strategic autonomy.

The principles outlined within this Act will serve as a cornerstone for Pärnu’s political trajectory, guiding its interactions on the world stage with a clear vision of neutrality, peace, and pragmatic diplomacy. We stand at a critical juncture in our nation's history, poised to chart a course that will ensure the long-term stability, security, and prosperity of the Republic of Pärnu for generations to come.
